Product Information and Disclaimers

PARTAY products are non-alcoholic mocktail mixes. They contain natural and artificial flavours, sugars and sweeteners, water and other ingredients, and zero alcohol content.

Products may contain or have been processed in facilities containing tree nuts, soy, dairy (in some variants), and other common allergens. Please review product labels carefully. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to review ingredient lists.

• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• Consult healthcare providers regarding dietary restrictions
• Pregnant women and nursing mothers should consult doctors before consumption
• Products intended for general adult consumption

Ordering and Purchase Terms

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order
• Order confirmation does not guarantee availability
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to error, fraud, or insufficient inventory

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are additional unless stated otherwise

• Products must be in original, unopened condition for refunds
• Refunds requested within 7 days of delivery
• Return shipping cost is customer's responsibility unless product was defective
• Refunds processed within 10–15 business days
• Damaged or defective products are replaced at no cost

• Metro delivery within 3–5 business days; tier-2 cities 7–10 days
• Delivery timeframes are estimates; we are not liable for delays
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our Website — including the PARTAY brand name, logo, tagline, website design, product descriptions, images, and marketing materials — are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

By submitting user-generated content using our hashtags, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your content. You retain ownership of your original content. See our UGC Consent Agreement for full details.

User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Use our Services for illegal purposes or violate applicable laws
• Post or share obscene, defamatory, or hateful content
• Attempt to hack, crack, or bypass our security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
• Resell our Products without authorisation
• Create fake reviews or artificially inflate ratings
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation

UGC Campaign Terms

By participating in our Instagram campaigns (#pocketMeinPartay, #PartayTime):

• You grant us permission to repost your content with attribution
• We may feature your content on our Instagram page and marketing materials
• We may use your content indefinitely for promotional purposes
• You retain ownership but grant us a perpetual licence
• Must be 18+ years old with a public or accessible account
• "Free Partay pack" prizes are available while supplies last
• Winners contacted via Instagram DM at Company's discretion

Limitation of Liability

OUR WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions or adverse health effects (if you reviewed ingredients)
• Delivery delays or lost shipments
• Website outages or technical issues
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Unauthorised access or data breaches beyond our reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Haryana. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Before litigation: contact us at legal@partay.in with your dispute. We will attempt resolution within 30 days. Any claim must be brought within 1 year of the incident.
